Closed questions can be for when you want to get to know the person better and find more information about them. We should all use both of those because it depends on what kind of question you want the person to answer. A benefit of open questions can be if you just want to know the person's favorite color you can ask it in a big group. Using closed questions can tell you more detail about the person that you normally wouldn't find out.
Using Google search tips can help anything you need to get information come faster. Different google search tips can do anything you want to look up something better and quicker. When you are trying to exclude a word you can put a minus sign in front of that word. Another tip is to put it in double quotation marks to say to google that you want it to come up with exactly what you typed. The last google search tip I found helpful was taking out maybe the first word of a name if you can so that you type less and it will give you more options. I think that these were tips were very important.
